How do you source your pieces?
At Idyll Collective, we carefully curate our selection of independent and emerging artists, collaborating with them to bring you the most beautiful and captivating artwork for your home. If you are interested in working with IDYLL, please submit your portfolio to hello@idyllcollective.com for consideration.
What materials do you use?
We are passionate about quality and sustainability, and it shows in our materials. Our pieces are printed on heavy weight cotton rag paper and protected by UV blocking acrylic. . We use the highest-quality inks to ensure that every detail of the artwork is captured perfectly. Our custom frames are made with real wood and artist-grade acrylic, ensuring that your artwork is protected while being displayed beautifully in your home.
How long will it take for my artwork to ship?
All of our pieces are handcrafted in the US and it takes us around 7 days to print, frame, and ship. Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email. We know that waiting for your artwork to arrive can be difficult, which is why we strive to make the shipping process as quick and seamless as possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why all Idyll artwork may be returned within 30 days of receipt for store credit unless marked as final sale. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns/exchanges to help cover the cost of donating your custom made artwork.
