WHY IDYLL COLLECTIVE?

IDYLL Collective was created to make sourcing art a more approachable and meaningful experience. We work hand in hand with artist all over the world, to create a collection thoughtfully curated for every space. Handcrafted in the US, with every purchase you directly support the artist. We also plant 5 trees for every print sold.

In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we are pleased to partner with One Tree Planted, planting 5 trees for every print sold. Learn more about their global impact at www.onetreeplanted.org.

 

HOW DO YOU SOURCE YOUR PIECES?

We proudly represent a diverse roster of established and emerging artists, located all over the world. If you are interested in working with IDYLL, please submit your portfolio to hello@idyllcollective.com for consideration. 

 

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

All of our pieces come framed in real wood frames, handcrafted in the US. Expertly printed on heavy weight cotton rag paper and protected by UV blocking acrylic. We choose artist-grade acrylic instead of glass because its performs better and is a safer option being shatterproof. 

 

DO YOU OFFER TRADE DISCOUNTS?

We are happy to offer exclusive discounts to our trade partners through our IC Trade Program. Please send your website and business license or resale certificate to hello@idyllcollective.com. 

  

ORDERS 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We are happy to offer complimentary shipping on all US orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout. International duties and taxes are billed to the recipient. 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ARTWORK TO SHIP?

All of our pieces are handcrafted specifically for you. It takes us 7-10 business days to print, frame, and ship your piece. Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Each one of our pieces are custom made to order specifically for you. Due to the limited and custom nature of our artwork, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

 

WHAT IF MY ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED?

All of our pieces are insured at no additional cost to you. In the unlikely event your artwork arrives with transit damage, please send us a picture to hello@idyllcollective.com within 5 days of receipt, and someone from our customer success team will assist you with a replacement.

 

IS THE PRICE INCLUDED ON YOUR SHIPPING RECEIPT?

We do not include final pricing in our shipping receipts.

 

HOW DO I HANG MY ART?

All of our pieces come with hanging hardware included. Depending on the size, we use a wire or hanger buddies for an easy hanging application.
